The Marriott Courtyard is part of a high-end multi-use development north of downtown Dalian.  The project is part of a larger effort to revitalize Dalian's industrial coastline and to expand its reputation as a clean, modern resort destination.  Franklin Studios was awarded the interiors package for 225 hotel rooms, lobby, pool, high-end restaurant and spa.  World renowned firm, Arquitectonica, is the project architect.
